Hazel Armstrong Law is a specialist law firm, based in Wellington, New Zealand. Our focus is on ACC Law, employment law, health and safety, and insurance law. We believe in access to justice for all New Zealanders. Therefore, we are legal aid providers; providing legal services to those who are unable to fund their own litigation. We treat our legally aided clients the same as we would our privately paying clients; we do not skimp on the services we offer.

Reasonable private fees
We make an effort to keep our fees down, so that access to justice is as affordable as possible. We offer payment options to spread the cost of your litigation, making it more manageable to pay.

Handy office location
We are located at in the Tramways building at 1 Thorndon Quay, Pipitea, Wellington; a stone’s throw from Parliament, the Courts, Lambton Quay, and the train and bus stations. There is plenty of metered parking available close by.

Act for clients throughout NZ and international clients injured in NZ
We act for clients from all over the country; in both the North and South Islands. We also act for overseas visitors injured in New Zealand. Therefore, it does not matter if you do not live in Wellington.

Provision of Learning and Development Seminars
We present seminars and workshops on our areas of expertise. Please contact us if you would like a tailored presentation. We can provide site specific health and safety, rehabilitation and return to work advice. We prefer to work alongside the union, employees and employers to achieve better outcomes for those injured at work.
