Represents clients in civil litigation, ACC reviews and appeals.
Chris has extensive experience in the insurance industry including time as a Decision Maker with the Insurance and Savings Ombudsmen. His expertise includes fire and general, professional indemnity, business interruption and liability insurance issues.

Andrea Jewell
Barrister and Solicitor
Andrea predominantly handles ACC litigation and public law matters. She represents claimants at review and District Court hearings, drawing on her significant advocacy experience gained as a barrister in England. She also deals with complaints and investigations, and rules and policy drafting in the health sector. She started with Hazel Armstrong Law in early 2009 and has recently returned, having had experience in a top-tier Australian law firm.
Andrea holds a BA (Hons) and LL.M and is also admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia, and a barrister of England and Wales.

Kristen Bunn
Barrister and Solicitor
Kristen predominantly handles ACC litigation, public law and employment matters. She is a legal aid provider and represents claimants at review and District Court hearings. On behalf of her clients, she has had recent success in challenging vocational independence decisions and winning hearing loss claims for cover and funding of hearing aids.
Kristen holds a LLB (Hons) and a BSc (Psychology) and was admitted as a barrister & solicitor of the High Court in 2011.
